Laguna Business Center
By LC on Mar 1, 2008 in Elk Grove Executive Suites
If you need a professional office for you and your clients and don’t want to squander your overhead on rent for space you don’t need, I want to show you our executive suites, personally.
Years ago, when I left a large company to strike out on my own, I started out at the most famous incubator space in the County, 601 University Avenue. I had a small office but a great conference room that would hold around 6 people, and plus there was a small community of startups that were supportive and collaborative. I loved my days at 601, and I left when we grew the company out of the space, not when I decided I could leave.
Laguna Business Center was created next to our company’s offices in late 2007. The Bank of Canada was leasing the space, and they struck a lucrative buyout agreement with us. We had the offices built, used less than three years, and they are in great shape. We can offer the cheapest deal in Elk Grove, feature for feature, because a good part of our costs have already been recovered.
The location at Elk Grove Boulevard and Big Horn Rd. is fantastic. We’re less than a mile from US 99, close to dozens of good restaurants, and across the street from the largest proposed commercial development in the urbanized region. Take a look at this aerial.
Our prices start at $500 per month. Make a note of that, because there’s a short term offer for you later on. We will throw in use of the conference room, a full break room, interior restrooms, and a large meeting space at no extra charge.
Here is the floorplan, showing the dimensions, availabilities, and pricing. Here are some pictures of Laguna Business Center inside and out, and our center of which it’s a part. Cofffee, Subway, and workout? No problem!

Now that you have an idea, I want you to be sure you understand what we’re offering you. First, when we tell you the rent is $500 per month, or whichever suite you choose, we mean the total rent is the price of the suite. I know you’ll be looking at the lease, expecting to find those extra charges the others charge, but you won’t find them because there aren’t any for normal usage. No charge for normal conference room use, no charge for wireless internet, and no charge for using the refrigerator for your lunch or snacks.
What we do not provide is a staffed office. These executive suites are marketed toward those that are independent, answer your own phones, keep you own hours, and don’t need or want to pay for a receptionist. We do have some on site people that will help you from time to time, but we don’t promise that service as we’re not charging for it. And if you really have a problem, come see me next door! Now, here’s the best deal you will ever see
SIGN AN 8 MONTH LEASE AND THE LAST TWO MONTHS ARE FREE!
All you have to do is agree to an 8 month lease, qualify on financials and pay as agreed, and you get the last two months free. Leases must be signed by April 30 to guarantee this deal. Month to month prices on sale too–no premium, just the posted price.
Call me for an appointment and let me show you our executive offices.
