LocalCenters.com has been the dominant Strip Mall site since 2007. We build ‘em, we operate them, and we are a hands-on company.  We reach a targeted audience of owners, investors, brokers, and tenants.

Good, well-written articles from third parties add a good dimension to our site. We’re always interested in receiving article queries from our readers. If accepted, your article will have a headshot and contacts listed. Here are the guidelines:

• Please submit queries first. Tell us your topic, outline the article, and submit a complete bio
• We want information, not an infomercial
• Articles should be 250-800 words and should be written with MS Word or Apple Pages
• All articles must be exclusive to this site for one year. All articles must clear Copyscape.
• Regional trends are less interesting than strip mall specifics. As you can see, our three main focuses are on development/investing, management and operations, and strip mall retailing
• Topics we’d like to see include retail operations, traditional and social marketing successes, site selection, location analysis, industry trends, REO/special asset updates, financing, and legal topics
